Joanne
Salttonstall

ABOUT

Lead Quality Engineer

Joanne (Jo Salt for ease), has worked at LBG for over 20 years, predominately in IT change roles (Software/Quality Engineering) working on large scale cross group programmes.

School wasn’t really for Jo as she struggled with talking theory and just wanted to be hands on.  Jo knew higher education would be a challenge so when an opportunity became available to join LBG (Halifax PLC at the time) she jumped at the chance.

Jo has always been a believer that what you put in you will get out and that’s where it all began! Jo’s initial role back in early 00s was as a Test Analyst within a programme migrating desktops from NT to XP (believe it or not laptops weren’t really a thing!), the evolution from that to her QE & Service Lead within Next Gen Contact Centre has been a phenomenal and interesting journey!

His expertise lies in implementing robust frameworks, tools, and developing new ways of working. Javan is focused on providing invaluable insights that support significant improvements in delivery flow and outcomes. Javan is excited to share my story in the hope of inspiring the next generation of Tech enthusiasts.
