WHY SPONSOR WIT?
As with all our sponsorship opportunities, we pride ourselves on offering an extensive sponsorship package designed to position you at the heart of Women in Tech for more than just the conference itself.
Throughout the year, MTF hosts a number of free social events for the tech community. Each event is tailored to a different part of the ecosystem and includes our MTF Mixers, Netwalking, LGBTQ+ Co-Working and Games Nights. This carefully curated calendar of events means MTF has a strong community of engaged supporters ready to engage with our sponsors at our conferences, whether that’s to recruit tech talent or attract new clients.
Our events also give you and your staff the opportunity to embed yourselves within the community throughout the year to expand your networks.
When you sponsor Women in Tech [Unfillered] we will link you directly with our charity partners to allow you to directly support the community. From hardware donations for those unable to access the online world to foodbank drives and donations – all of our EDI initiatives are focussed around increasing diversity within the tech sector by breakdown down barrier to entry.
Once you have chosen your sponsorship package, we will work with you to understand your business goals. We will then invite you to a number of carefully curated sponsor only events, designed to connect you with the right people.
Our invite only events include our Women in Tech [Unfiltered] Breakfast is an invite only event where you get to engage with speakers and sponsors prior to the main event itself. You’ll also receive complimentary tickets to our annual Leadership day where you can network with over 200 tech leaders from across the industry.
At the end of each day, we gather attendees for a relaxed evening social. This is your chance to connect with attendees who share the same passion for Women in Tech, meet the day’s speakers, and reflect on the day’s topics.
As sponsors, you’ll be supported by a member of the MTF team or board, who will offer warm introductions to the people and businesses that you wish to connect with, helping to facilitate meaningful business connections that you can nurture going forwards.

Alongside our core sponsorship package, Women in Tech [Unfiltered] offers sponsors the opportunity to take a stand only package, giving you the opportunity to showcase your brand to our delegates. From students and job seekers, to businesses owners and decision makers, you’ll be able to meet the right people for your business goals, all of whom are interested in enhancing diversity in the tech industry
All of our exhibition spaces come with our base sponsorship package, giving you the opportunity to engage further with the community.
